Founded in 2003, InterMed Healthcare Centers invests in and provides management and consultation services to Urgent Care, Primary Care, Occupational Medicine and Workers Comp medical practices including Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services.

InterMed has offices in Florida and Mississippi and believes in the principles of exceptional patient and client service coupled with efficient, professional and effective medical care.

As an owner operator of four Florida clinics, InterMed is able to stay abreast of all the latest trends and technologies related to the delivery of quality healthcare solutions with an emphasis on Wellness and service to uninsured, under-insured and insured populations.

For example, our clinics are in the process of implementing an electronic health records system that meets all the “meaningful use” criteria established by CMS and in that context, will also be providing data to help CMS gain an understanding of healthcare needs throughout the Country.

In our capacity as consultants, we provide turnkey solutions to those entities who wish to establish local or regional healthcare delivery systems that mirror the philosophy of the company and its founder, Jim Lobel.

As practice managers, we provide day-to-day oversight and conduct clinic operations with an eye toward developing innovative healthcare models, regional wellness education and ease of access to providers in urban and rural settings alike.
